Cooking with Liz

The problem

Liz had an idea: help young people and care leavers build real independent living skills - cooking, budgeting, shopping smart - through video tutorials she'd present herself. There was no existing platform, no website, no way to deliver or gate that content. Dunevo was involved from day one, helping shape the build from the ground up.

What we built

Two connected pieces - a public marketing website telling Liz's story and explaining what Cooking with Liz C.I.C. offers, and a separate password-protected learning platform where enrolled users log in to access Liz's own video tutorials. We integrated Stripe for secure payment collection, and built the platform to be modular, so new course content can be added as the CIC grows beyond its first pilot.

The outcome

12-18 months after the first conversation, Cooking with Liz has gone from an idea to a fully working platform - marketing site live, a secure learning platform with Stripe payments built in, and 14 professionally produced video tutorials for young people and care leavers to learn from.
