RJ Edwards already had a marketing website, but no real system for managing projects internally. Work moved through design, fabrication, and installation using folders on desktop computers - no shared visibility, no clear record of what stage a job was actually at, and no way for management to see progress without asking around.
A custom, login-protected web app that tracks every project from initial design through fabrication, installation, and final client sign-off. Design, Fabrication, and Installation teams each work within their stage and sign off their part when complete, giving the Management team real visibility into exactly where every job stands at any point - something folders on a desktop could never provide.
After a 6-month build, RJ Edwards moved from informal desktop folders to a proper stage-by-stage system - workers sign off their own completed work, and management can see exactly where every project is at without chasing anyone for an update.
